New Season, New Era π·
Doesnβt it feel like you just blinked your eyes and maybe turned your head and just like thatβ itβs March 2026!
Itβs about time to step out of winter-mode and into something a little brighter. The days are finally getting longer and somehow it felt like winter was simply nonexistent.
This month I'm choosing to meet it with intention. More βhell noβ when itβs not a βf*** yesβ. More showing up for the people who actually show up for me. More digging deeper into the reasons why I fell in love with LA all those years ago. More living life.
And lucky for me, Iβve been charmed with meeting some pretty awesome women to do it with. Happy Womenβs History Month to us all!

The Traitors βCivilianβ Season β A college friend asked me to help with her audition video, so I started watching this season for βresearchβ β and somewhere between Episode One and now, I havenβt stopped watching all of the murrrderrrrrr going down in the castle. Civilian Version Applications close March 10th. Apply, obviously. Then report back. If you've been watching too, are you a FAITHFUL or are you a TRAITOR?? (link)
The "Am I Too Old To Switch?" spiral β I've had this conversation with more than a few friends lately who are either burned out, laid off, or quietly dreading Monday. Here's what I know: your 30s aren't too late, they're actually your sharpest moment and today is the second best day to start... (they say say yesterday is the best) But the pivot doesn't have to be dramatic. It just has to be honest. (link)
Lauren Halsey's "sister dreamer" β If you missed Frieze LA last week, this is your next chance at something even more meaningful. Beloved local artist Lauren Halsey debuts her long-anticipated sculpture park in South L.A. this month β community-rooted, homegrown, and exactly the kind of LA that feels so close to home. Grab your gals, get some coffee, and make a date out of it. (link)
A message that I got loud & clear at a breath work / manifestation journaling event...

Jim Carrey β Years after announcing his retirement the CΓ©sar Awards in Paris were graced with his presence (or were they?). He gave his entire speech in French, thanked his secret girlfriend, and the internet thought he was a drag impersonator. This man is living his most unhinged, unbothered, delulu life β the usual from Jim, but was that really him?! π€ (link)

Waterfront Clay-throwing Class
Four pottery classes in and I finally have a cup to show for it. Well weβll see once itβs back from the kiln!
The perfect weather, an instructor who actually went at our pace, and a group of us who've been at this long enough that we're finally making real things β which meant less "how do I center this clay" panic and more just... enjoying it.
Watching the ladies go from βI have absolutely no idea what Iβm doingβ to sharing how they use the past bowls theyβve created from their own hands - thatβs exactly why weβre here, doing this together.
